1. Scope and controller
FluTech is responsible for personal data processed in Flutech Beta. This policy covers Google sign-in, FluTech Testers group verification, the beta catalog, feedback, and account management.
2. Data processed
- Account: Firebase user ID, email address, display name, and Google profile photo URL.
- Tester access: group membership result and verification, refresh, and expiry times linked to your user ID. Your email is not written to the catalog database.
- Technical identifier: Firebase Installations ID used by Remote Config.
- Feedback: only when submitted—message, category, related app, and version.
- Optional diagnostics: device manufacturer/model, Android version, locale, and Flutech Beta version attached to feedback.
3. Purposes
Data is used only to verify tester access, display available beta apps, deliver feedback you choose to send, manage your account, prevent abuse, and protect the service. Flutech Beta does not use advertising, behavioral analytics, remarketing, or profiling.
4. Service providers and transfers
Google Sign-In, Firebase Authentication, Cloud Firestore, Firebase Remote Config, Google Groups, Google Apps Script, and Google Play developer services support app functionality. These providers may process data on FluTech's behalf, including outside Türkiye. Personal data is not sold or shared with advertising parties.
5. Retention
- Your Firebase account remains until you delete it.
- Tester access records remain valid for no more than 30 minutes after direct group verification.
- The catalog may be cached temporarily on your device.
- Feedback emails are retained only as long as necessary to provide support and resolve disputes, then deleted.
- Limited records may be kept longer only where security or law requires it.
6. Security
Communications are encrypted using HTTPS. Catalog access requires a valid server-written tester record. Flutech Beta uses internet access only and requests no sensitive Android permissions.
7. Account and data deletion
Use Delete account and data in the app's account menu. Recent Google authentication may be required. If you cannot access the app, use the external Account Deletion page.
8. Your rights
Send access, correction, deletion, or processing questions to minnoswitcher@gmail.com. We may verify that the request comes from the account owner.
9. Children
Flutech Beta is designed for professional/private testers and is not directed to anyone under 18.
